We purchased a section off Ian and whilst he called the day prior to settlement, to advise the owner had cleared the land of their rubbish, we received no congratulations on the day. Felt like we weren't valued, as it may not have been a big transaction for him. But every buyer should count, no matter how big or small the property purchase is, and how much commission a real estate salesperson is earning in that transaction.
