He helped us understand what to expect and made the experience feel much more manageable. It has also been a nice bonus to discover that Dylan is now our neighbour. We are very happy with our new home and grateful for his help in making the purchase process such a positive one. He was very familiar with the Pukekohe area, and was able to advise on detailed topics that first-time rural property owners would find very helpful. I have bought and sold six homes over the years and dealt with around twelve different agents. Based on that experience, I would rate Gary comfortably in the top 10%. Gary was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and provided honest advice rather than simply telling me what I wanted to hear. His market knowledge was strong, and he handled negotiations effectively while keeping me informed at every stage. Buying and selling property can be stressful, but Gary's calm and straightforward honest approach made the process much easier.
