Professionalism at its absolute finest

Our experience with Karan was outstanding. To start he is a well mannered , very friendly man with a likeable personality. We found Karan the easiest of all agents to deal with ,nothing was rushed , and we felt absolutely no pressure . After the first viewing of the house we still had many questions and even wanted to see it once more , Karan took time out his busy weekend to accommodate us and made it happen , the communication was always first class , always replying in a timely manner and with all the answers we required. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of just how good Karan is, so to anyone new to house hunting or need a good agent , I highly recommend Karan and without question will be using Karan and Bayleys services in the future. Compassion, Care and Guidance.

As this was an estate sale, we were unprepared and unknowledgeable in the processes to sell the property. Mark came into the picture and was a calm , compassionate and knowledgeable guide. He took the time to listen to our concerns and needs, taking into account the nature of the sale. Mark made sure we understood the market of the area we were selling in, he also gave us helpful advice on the preparation of the property for sale. He teamed up with a colleague who was local to the area we were selling in and kept us involved in that process too. We were kept updated and all progress and feedback was regularly communicated to us. Mark is someone I would happily recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy as his transparency attests to his attention to creating an inclusive environment for us. Super Speedy Sellers! Shaun & Liam were awesome to work with - made us feel confident in our decsion

Liam & Shaun were honestly so good to deal with. Selling our first home felt like a huge deal, but they made the whole process feel seamless and way less overwhelming than we expected. They’re super honest, reliable, and really know their stuff, especially the area. We always felt completely in the loop and confident with the decisions we were making. Nothing ever felt confusing or stressful because they communicated everything so clearly. On top of that, they’re just great humans. Professional but also fun and easy to work with, which made such a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience and are so grateful we had them by our side!
