Excellent experience with Luke in the purchasing of our new home

Luke assisted us with the purchase of our new home. He was extremely communicative, helpful, with an honest and transparent approach. He also went above and beyond in many instances before, during and after the sale. Thanks Luke!

Unflappable

I asked Luke to sell my property as he had already sold another within the complex where I lived. My property is a "Plaster" house and with that comes all sorts of problems. This is where Luke was unflappable as he worked incredibly hard to promote my property to current buyers. Contracts came and went, mainly due to finance or lawyers saying not to touch a plaster house. Again Luke kept on bringing potential buyers. I was impressed with his tenacity and patience, Luke would get the big thumbs up from me, should I ever be in a position of selling another property, I wouldn't hesitate to call upon him again.

Legend!!!!!

We were very fortunate to have had Luke selling our property in a market/economy that was extremely difficult with high interest rates and no properties selling. Hardest working and most helpful Real Estate Agent. Seamless and easy experience.

Luke was exceptionally hard working; the whole process was easy. He was open and honest, great comms, and even fixed the gate, oiled a door and helped with minimising impacts on my family in relation to opens. Super helpful and I thought the process was going to be daunting and it wasn't. I highly recommend Luke for selling your property. We ran a short campaign, and it worked a treat. Thanks Luke.

Great energy, hardworking and helpful

Luke is a terrific agent. Honest, personable and professional. I felt I was working in a very friendly team with Luke and Mark Peterson. Luke is dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly communicative. Easy to have in the house and always helpful, supportive and realistic. Luke works hard to make things happen and gave good advice. He has a great vibe that made everything easy for the buyer and me.
