I received thorough updates with detailed reports on marketing performance and enquiries frequently. I was selling my property from overseas and Nicole went the extra mile given my situation, going what I felt was above & beyond to obtain access from my property manager and help prepare the property for market. She handled lots of tricky questions from potential buyers and resolved these with the property body corporate and building manager directly, making everything as easy as possible for myself.
