Knows the market inside and out; made the selling process very easy; great communicator.

Extremely knowledgeable of the Mosgiel market and was very accurate on her appraisal estimate and the actual selling price. Susan helped us navigate all the things you don't know that you don't know. Very well connected to all the ancillary services involved in selling, organized and scheduled on our behalf which eliminated the burden for us as remote sellers. An absolute pleasure to work with, and if you are looking to sell or buy in Mosgiel you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't retain Susan as your real estate agent.

Susan was excellent from the first moment we met. She was professional, friendly and always answered our questions, making this experience so much easier. Went above and beyong

We were very grateful that Susan made time on her Friday evening - outside of usual work hours - to meet with us so that ww could sign the S&P agreement. She then worked with her overseas client and got a response back to us that evening rather than us having to wait all weekend to see if we were successful.
