As first home buyers Alexis has been a fantastic real estate agent for us and we could not recommend him more. We met him for the first time at one of his open homes. He was wonderful and personable and we had a lovely time getting to know him. Unfortunately, that was not the right home for us, but Alexis continued to stay in touch over the next few months, asking how we were getting on with our search and letting us know of new properties that were being listed. Even when we were considering purchasing a property through a different agency, Alexis offered help and guidance as we navigated the first home buyer process. Eventually, a house came onto the market that ticked all of our boxes and Alexis called us before it had even had its first open home. We have now purchased that home and it’s all thanks to Alexis. Our buying process wasn't the smoothest as the house we were purchasing needed a number of things done before it could be sold. Unfortunately for us, this process took longer than initially indicated, but we found Alexis to be fantastic at keeping us up to date with what was happening. Being first home buyers we had many questions about both the buying process, and about the work being done on the house and Alexis always sought the answers for us if he didn't already know them. Alexis has a very friendly personality and he always made us feel at ease and in the end the process of purchasing this property was very much worth it for us.
