Her communication is perfect in that she always gets back to me asap, and conveys messages to tenants immediately, and that is what I need as a property investor with over 25 rentals. I purchased a property for rental in Blenheim whilst living in Auckland. The house wasn’t healthy home compliant and Janne organised trades to complete the work with the approval of the current owners before I took possession. Janne met me at the property the Monday after hand over. I gave her the keys and left her to take pictures for listing. I also suggested next time it is up for rental I would have the bathroom upgraded then left. By Tuesday Janne had a great tenant lined up and some quotes for the upgrade. She said one of the quotes meant the work could be done in the week before the new tenants took over. I said let’s do it and Janne made it happen. Renovation pictures arrived the day the tenants moved in. Amazing effort and a lovely renovation. This is property management that is top class and I am happy with having my other property managed by Baileys too.
