We were a bit surprised that the cleaners forgot about cleaning the laundry cupboard, the showers and the extractor fans. Also for $700/week we expected more from the back garden or at least some help to get the back garden into a better shape. My husband and I are known to be perfectionists though and maybe our standard is higher than it should be.

We are not great organisers…. So it’s great that Bayleys does all the work looking after Tui place for us. In the years they have looked after the place it has been super stress free. They have managed to keep the property fully tenanted and with great tenants who have looked after the place well. Great photos and reports regularly to keep us informed.
