As a new migrant worker here in NZ I have never thought that renting a house will be that difficult. I encountered a lot if viewings and appointments but to no avail we get always a declined email from the application. Until one time an agent refer me to the house where me and my family are currently residing in and had a viewed of it. In a snap the transaction was done just that day I viewed the house and everything was settled before my family came to live with me. I give 5 stars or more for this team and Ms Lorraine for giving as a dwelling place. I hope for more success in the future and hopefully we can avail a house soon that we can call our own. Janne Harwood from Bayleys Marlborough has been an absolute superstart property manager for my units down in Blenheim. Her communication is perfect in that she always gets back to me asap, and conveys messages to tenants immediately, and that is what I need as a property investor with over 25 rentals. I know I am leaving my properties in the capable hands of a true property professional who will deal with all the issues that come up with property. Janne knows her stuff and manages the rental properties for me perfectly, handling maintenance and tenant issues for me, she makes sure rent is never late and the properties are always fully tenanted. I purchased a property for rental in Blenheim whilst living in Auckland. The house wasn’t healthy home compliant and Janne organised trades to complete the work with the approval of the current owners before I took possession. Janne met me at the property the Monday after hand over. I gave her the keys and left her to take pictures for listing. I also suggested next time it is up for rental I would have the bathroom upgraded then left. By Tuesday Janne had a great tenant lined up and some quotes for the upgrade. She said one of the quotes meant the work could be done in the week before the new tenants took over. I said let’s do it and Janne made it happen. Renovation pictures arrived the day the tenants moved in. Amazing effort and a lovely renovation. This is property management that is top class and I am happy with having my other property managed by Baileys too.
