My previous agent left Bayleys and I was advised of the new employee. Unfortunately, communication was poor and having asked for a periodic contract I was later advised it had been let for six months. I believe it is poor practice to go ahead and have a potential tenant sign without allowing the owner to critique what is proposed. Somehow the six months was then five months and I was given a date the contract will end. Previously, the weekly rental was $620.00 but this was changed without any discussion. I was told it was $600.00 but now I see on my bank statement it is $595.00
