Moving house is a very testing time for most people. The quality of the agent does ease the pressure on the process, and if done professionally and with the appropriate help, the process does go a lot easier. Our agent from Bayleys did make the move a seamless exercise, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to an anybody.

Being overseas in the USA, trusting a company with placing tenants in your home is huge responsibility. Bayleys have been flexible and honest in thier market assessment, and when my house sale fell through recently after I had terminanted the tenancy, they came good within a month with new, and equally good tenants. I was very grateful for thier efforts. The regular communications over this tense period eased my anxiety a lot!

Aimee from Bayleys Marlborough was amazing to deal with. She made the process so easy for me and explained everything along the way. She is very knowledgeable and kept the communication going throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find a rental or to homeowners/investors looking for someone to manage their property.

We were hoping to find a new home to rent that suited our growing family. Bayleys were very helpful in asking what we were looking for in a home and helping us to find what we were looking for. They were very quick to answer any questions I had about the process and were very kind and friendly throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and professionalism was fantastic, this helped so much with the task of moving out of our old rental and into the new one which can be a very stressful time.
