Stacey is a fantastic property manager. She has been able to get repair work and upgrades to meet Healthy Homes Standards arranged for us that other property managers just couldn't seem to manage. We find dealing with Bayleys at the property team a breeze and feel like our properties are in good hands. There is great communication and the reporting makes end of year tax and accounts a very simple process. My son and I moved from North Island to Blenheim in April 2024 without knowing anyone. We only saw a sign house for rent and we just walked into Bayleys's office and then talked to a charming receptionist telling her we were looking for a home and found one. She gave us an application to fill up. It was only a few hours then I got a call from an agent asking if I would like to see the house. Unbelievably, it was a fast process. However,I still needed to do the application online which was not complicated. I finally got a place to live with the help of all Bayleys Malborough staff, Blenheim. I would like to special thanks to Karen Burrows, my agent. She was fabulous and helpful. Overall, Bayles is the best and I would recommend it to all my friends.

The only thing that I wanted to say is THANK YOU BAYLEYS MARLBOROUGH for giving us the opportunity to have a rental home of our own. Tagan was patient with me even though I came late to the viewing of this house. But I thank her for allowing me to view the house and of course gave it to us.
