Absolutely amazing dealing with Karen. I had a newborn baby so was stressed about what we were going to do house wise and she was amazing and really helped. I’ve dealt with a lot of property managers and Karen is the only one who I felt actually did care and cared about me as a person rather then tenant couldn’t recommend Karen more and anyone who mentions they are in search of a rental I say Karen

Being overseas in the USA, trusting a company with placing tenants in your home is huge responsibility. Bayleys have been flexible and honest in thier market assessment, and when my house sale fell through recently after I had terminanted the tenancy, they came good within a month with new, and equally good tenants. I was very grateful for thier efforts. The regular communications over this tense period eased my anxiety a lot!
