Mikaela is very knowledgeable about the market. When it is time for a rent review, she is able to inform me of the rents for similar properties. Mikaela completes the property inspections and always sends a comprehensive report to me. Any maintenance issues that need addressing Mikaela is very prompt in informing me and organising contractors. Mikaela is very professional with her communications with me.
