The agent I am working with now has been excellent to deal with. She communicates well, is proactive and attentive to detail. The process of tenants moving out and re-renting the property was very smooth. However the change in tenancy did highlight that a number of items around the property had been neglected over the prior years, which could have been identified and brought to my attention by previous agents from the same company and this was disappointing. I feel like we have re-rented the house on a good footing and hope this can be maintained throughout the current tenancy.

I found that Bayleys took a lot of the stress out of my move to 4A henry St. I had only to deal with one person, who was always easy to contact and able to answer any queries. From my first contact with her I felt that she knew the property well and was concerned that my move would be as easy as possible for me. She took me to the house before relatives of the previous tenant had had their garage sale and arranged with them that I could purchase some of their furniture. She explained details of the Tenancy Agreement clearly, going through each clause so that I knew my responsibilities and those of the landlord.
