Bayleys Marlborough looked after us when we were looking for a new place to rent. It took a little time for us to find the right place to move to but the team were very helpful throughout that phase and gave us the time and space to make our decisions. Once we found the right place they were very accurate with providing the information and paperwork we we needed to complete the transition. Moving is never easy but with the Bayleys team they removed alot of the hassle by being accurate and timely with the things we needed to complete prior to moving. When we did finally move, the team went beyond expectation to make our welcome to the new proerty a memorable one.

Coming down from Auckland to the region was a bit daunting, and we had a lot to take care of. However, Lorraine was an excellent agent to work with. Firstly, as I worked through the details of my employment contact, Lorraine held the rental for us due to us being first in line to contact her and then set a clear date when she would move onto another person. Secondly, she was always friendly and helpful with information, and in general welcoming to the area. Finally, she worked with the previous tenant to ensure the house was as promised, and the cleaning was done. For anyone wanting a rental in Kaikoura, I fully recommend Lorraine Willetts from Bayleys Marlborough.
