From the outset Campbell and Rosa were professional and thorough with their approach. It was clear the had a very good understanding of the current local market and were able to identify the best approach for our needs. Campbell’s organisation and communication made the sale extremely easy and stress free as the vendor from the staging, through to settlement. Campbell goes above and beyond to not just sell a house for the right price, but to also deliver an enjoyable process for the vendor. Very caring, great market knowledge and reassuring
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Charlotte during the selling of my parent’s property. With them still working their way around the idea of downsizing, Char was a huge help with the vision of what could potentially stay or be passed down or moved into their next property which incidentally Charlotte also found for them. One agent, one real estate company, it all made it so much easier for all of us involved.
