My experience with Gretchen and her team would have to be the best I have ever experienced. Efficient, knowledgable, communicative, friendly, honest and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that was selling their home. I picked Gretchen from four appraisals that I had sent to me when I was on holiday in Australia. Hers was the only one that showed initiative and expressed the feelings that my home gave me when I first bought it in 2013.
