Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish
We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Tracey and Warren. Warren's knowledge of the market was exceptional, with detailed insights not only into our suburb but the wider Hamilton area, giving us complete confidence throughout the process. Tracey was warm, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. She kept us well informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and valuable buyer feedback. We were initially hesitant about the auction process, but Tracey and Warren took the time to explain how it worked and gave us confidence in the strategy. While our home didn't sell under the hammer, it was successfully under offer on auction day, which was a fantastic result.
