Selling yhe farm with Dave was stress free !
We recently sold our dry stock farm with Dave Peacocke and could not have been happier with the experience. From the beginning, Dave was extremely professional and brought a huge amount of market knowledge and experience to the process. He also understood all the legal requirements and details that we had no idea about, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the sale. Dave’s communication was excellent — we were always kept up to date and knew exactly what was happening at every stage. Whenever we asked for advice, he gave honest, knowledgeable guidance that we fully trusted. Throughout the sale there were a few unexpected curveballs, but Dave went above and beyond to help guide us through them. He took the time to research questions further when needed and put a huge amount of effort into making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Dave is a genuine gentleman whose calm approach, professionalism, and advice we trusted completely. We honestly could not fault him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding rural real estate agent.

Great. happy in every way the sale proceeded
Mel was great at informing us about the auction process , giving us a good feel about our prospective purchaser. Always happy to help with keys etc as we are a wee distance from property. Was completly happy with the sale process, we were under a wee bit of pressure to get sale finalized but all went smoothly couldnt have asked for a better result with settlement on 2nd June 10 day turm around

Excellant friendly, while still been professional
Kimberly was great , perfect with communicating with me. went the extra mile to help me get house ready for photos.keep us up to date with the prospective buyers. I knew Kimberly previous to engaging her to sell our Galloway street house .
