Seth was great from his first visit to the later communications giving us the occasional bad news , then better news , then in the end with news of a very successful sale. Yes he was one of the younger components of a very polished Karl Davis Team , yes with the smaller pair of Red Bands but he was full of knowledge and very aware of our wishes , whilst adding his valued experience . We always welcomed his visits with Team sale news , rugby or golf experiences which helped us through the sale process. All in all we were so pleased that Seth was around the corner with the helpful phone call on a very regular basis. We have had past experience with the Bayleys Team and fully recommend the contact from the whole KD Team from the girls in the office confirming visits with Seth or Karl and others.
