Engaging Eddie was the best thing we did to help sell our property. He was very thorough, prompt in answering any questions we had, at any time. He is a charismatic and professional agent and we found it very easy to engage with him. He has a lot of knowledge in the real estate industry through his many years of experience, and even though he is based on the North Shore and our property is on this side of the bridge, he had the local knowledge as well, which was an important part of the selling process for us. Our property was a development opportunity and Eddie shines in that environment which was another reason why we chose him, however from my understanding development or selling to a potential owner/occupier, Eddie has it all under his belt. If you are looking for a top notch real estate agent, we highly recommend Eddie.

Eddie has been our real estate agent in this dreadful post 2023 property market over which time valuations have changed hugely. Whenever buyer feedback changed, he carefully reviewed the reasons and made recommendations to give us the options, without any pressure, to adjust expectations.
