Pam was amazing. She was so friendly, so helpful and very proactive, and we found her really easy to get on with. She negotiated fairly on our behalf and practically fixed problems before we were even aware they existed! She was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional while still being approachable. She kept us up to date with everything, which was very much appreciated as we were on holiday overseas during the last bit of the sale. Having never sold a property in NZ before, I doubt we would have survived the process without her. She became a friend as well as our real estate agent.

From our first contact with Shane and Kaitlin we found them to be upfront and honest and felt that they genuinely wanted a good result for us. They helped us have a realistic expectation for our house sale and gave great practical tips on how to get our house ready. Shane was great to work with throughout the sale of our property. He was calm, responsive, and easy to talk to, and we really appreciated how well he communicated with us during the process. He listened to our suggestions, took our views on board, and never made us feel pressured. Shane also went above and beyond in helping us get the property ready for sale after tenant damage, especially as we lived out of town. He helped us manage trades, kept things moving, and made the whole renovation and preparation process much easier for us. He even brought in a load of bark himself, which we really appreciated. The property took a little longer to sell in the current market, but Shane stayed steady and professional, and we ended up with multiple contracts and a result we were very happy with.
