We met Pamela at one viewing which another buyer got the house, we stayed in touch with Pamela and Pamela with us and always informing us with new properties as we explained we are ready to buy just need the right house. what i liked most is Pamela never pushed us into any deal and never hassled us allot with calls and messages but stayed in touch enough to make us feel she is more there for support and assist us that trying to get a sale out of us. It felt like it became more a partnership trying to help us instead of a rush to sell us a house. We viewed many homes and Pamela started seeing what we like and dislike and then we started looking at homes that is more fit for us until we found one. if we sell or look for another home in the future Pamela will be the 1st person i will reach out to to help us. The thing I used to hate about buying a house is agents who keep calling non stop or push and push and push. Pamela was the opposite which was awesome, same as walking in a shops and get bombarded with sales people trying to sell you something.

Working with Shane was an excellent experience. He made the process of buying our first investment property very easy! He not only helped us find somewhere in our price-range, but also helped us get a pre-viewing to get an early foot in the door. He was kind and very personable, ensuring we didn't feel pressured into buying the wrong house. We had looked at several other options for an investment, but Shane just made it so easy we couldn't help but follow him. He communicated with us very well, taking time out of his nights and weekends to talk to us and make sure everything was on the right track. If he does this for all his clients we're not sure when he sleeps!
