From the moment we met Shane, he was very pleasant and up front about the details of the home we purchased. There were a couple of flaws which Shane pointed out immediately, and did not glaze over the details. Communication was excellent, and really made us feel like he put us first. We were first home buyers, met a few agents and visited a few open homes, no one was more attentive to us than Shane. The property was up for auction, we advised Shane that we will not attend the auction, but would like to put an offer if the property passed on auction day. Shane advised to get an offer ready, and we were lucky to have our offer accepted after a round of negotiation. Even after going unconditional, Shane went to lengths to sort out some minor issues, and we really appreciated that. We highly recommend Shane, both for sellers and buyers. He is very professional and at the same time personable. He works meticulously to make the whole process as simple as possible. We appreciate your efforts Shane, and thank you for making our first home purchase a breeze.

From the first viewing we felt at ease with Pam. She was welcoming, informative and helpful. She was responsive to our questions and requests for extra information. Pam went the extra mile and offered to be at the property when the power company required someone onsite for the power reconnection. She also arranged for the garden to be weeded, shrubs trimmed and lawn mowed prior to move in date (vendor was based overseas). It was really appreciated. Pam met us onsite to hand over the keys and made sure everything was in order. She also gave us a courtesy call the following week to see how we were, how the move in went and to advise us what day the rubbish bins needed to be out. Very thoughtful and caring. Thank you Pam for making the journey a smooth process.

Selling your home can be a daunting process, especially in our case of a relationship separation whilst living in a separation country to the property itself. Throughout the process, Pam was incredibly supportive and kind. She demonstrated extensive knowledge, particularly in the local market. When the house went under contract; Pam went above and beyond - organizing water blasting & gardening, even personally getting involved. Her empathy & understanding of our situation, being overseas with limited finances, made a challenging process much easier. A heartfelt thank you to Pam.
