Diana was the last of 4 agents we interviewed to sell my step mother’s house. She had been recommended by a friend who had also just sold her house with Diana and her Team, with outstanding results, so she came highly recommended. From the moment we met her late on a Sunday afternoon, she seemed the right fit for both us and the property. Being a deceased estate we need a certain kind of agent and Diana treated the situation as it deserved, albeit with her boundless positivity and humour. After the introduction and first Open Home , Hannah Digby was the main agent we dealt with for 80% of the promotion. Hannah worked very hard dealing with one off inspections along with the open homes, it was a pleasurer working with Her. Diana made some appearances and did work in the back ground dealing with the purchaser. I found it very odd that we engaged with Diana at first but then were handed off to Hannah for most of the sales period. Not How would of gone about doing business.

Amidst our brief yet intense journey towards attaining our first home, we came across many potential homes and by extension, the real estate agents entrusted with putting them on the market. Diana is easily the most memorable agent we have met so far. Diana demonstrated the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to the role which speak volumes of her credibility as a real estate agent. She was realistic with us, and took the time to explain things that at the time we were unsure of. As first home buyers, we were certainly nervous but she made us feel at ease and reminded us that no question is a silly one when it comes to finding a forever home. Prior to, during, and after the auction process; Diana has been excellent in her communication skills.
