"In life, circumstances can change very quickly. This happened to my parents and we needed a quick sale so they could move on from their house. We engaged Wayne and Lisa Parfitt to market and auction the house in three weeks. The market was heading downwards, it was getting close to Christmas and there were recent interest rate rises, but Wayne said he would 'eat his shoe' if he didn’t sell our house at auction.
