I am so thankful for Gavin’s great work he has done for selling my house. My house is still under construction when I ask Gavin to help me sell it. For personal reason, I need to onsell my house before the completion date. Despite the sluggish and persisting weak property market, Gavin keeps his hard work to arrange quite a few potential buyers to view my house and he does it also for many week ends. I live in another city in North Island that is far from Auckland.
