Lisa and Wayne were chosen to market our house based on their presence in the local market, and some positive feedback we had from other clients of theirs. They were very helpful during the preparations we had to do to get the house ready for sale (with good knowledge of people who helped with finishing touches), and were more than happy to help out themselves. Once the house was on the market they kept us fully informed about how the open homes were going, and buyer interest. I got nervous about the house going to auction in the lead up to the auction, but they advised o carry on. This turned out to be inspired advise. We got an fantastic result. I am so thankful for Gavin’s great work he has done for selling my house. My house is still under construction when I ask Gavin to help me sell it. For personal reason, I need to onsell my house before the completion date. Despite the sluggish and persisting weak property market, Gavin keeps his hard work to arrange quite a few potential buyers to view my house and he does it also for many week ends. I live in another city in North Island that is far from Auckland. Gavin understands my worries and my expectation, he goes to the site every now and then to check the progress of the construction and update me about it. We sometimes talk on the phone even in the evening to discuss the situation. When the completion date is approaching, it becomes an urgent need for me to sell. I am overseas during this period of time that it makes administrative more difficult. Gavin keeps his hark work and eventually I can complete the onsell in time. Marvelous! A real good job he has done! I find Gavin is a very competent and capable person to handle the sale of my house. I appreciate his professionalism and care to me all along. He keeps me in touch every now and then to pass on any news no matter how minor. This makes me feel relieved and relaxed for understandingly I am very stressful during this period of time. At one stage I am uncertain about the sale , Gavin patiently explains the whole situation to me and gives me the best suggestion to handle my situation. During the telephone conversation in the evening , I can hear his kid talking behind him. The kid's voice is sweet buy I feel sorry to have occupied his family time. Gavin has done a lot of work to boost the sale of my property. With his diligence, his professionalism, he eventually secures a smooth closing of the sale in time. I am thankful to his exception service and expertise in real estate. I have full confidence in his ability and surely will ask him to help again in future!
