I visited a few open homes prior to selecting our agents Wayne and Lisa Parfitt. I short listed 2 different agencies from the open home performances and then invited individually to sell their company. Barfoot and Thompson came out on top with the most efficient easy cost effective campaign to sell our house. Needless to say we listened and went with all of their marketing tools. You only get one chance to get it right and we didnt intend sitting on the market for months like others. We had an offer on the 3rd day of listing our property, prior to the first open home and therefore sat on that offer until the end of the second open home. Wayne and Lisa were honest in their appraisal and very professional in handling the processes required to get our best out come for the sale. Hence the auction was brought forward and our house was sold by the hammer within a week of listing.
