Jacqueline met us to Apraise our home and we realised she actually lived close by so was very knowledgeable of our area which impressed us. Her warm, friendly nature and the Lindt Chocolate Easter Bunny that she handed over had us sold on her. She had great tastes in how to dress our home to maximise the effects for photos. She was fine with changing open home times but was always happy and smiling to wait for the elusive buyer that finally arrived. She was very professional, has a great sense of humour and we both trusted her completely.
