I am now changing our original review after discovering promises made were not kept & she is now denying what she said. “Oversold” is what the agent who took over from Cathryn said when we pointed out issues that were not resolved as promised. Now feeling like we were taken for a ride. Very disappointed, both in Cathryn & Harcourts who have been pretty tepid in our dealings with them.
