I lead Hartles & Co, a twelve-person real estate team working across Hamilton and the wider Waikato. Real estate found me nine years ago. Since then I have worked through nearly every part of this business: listing support, running campaigns solo, co-leading a team, and now leading it outright. I did not arrive at this role. I worked through every layer of it, which is why I understand what good looks like at each stage of your journey, not just the final one. What I believe has not changed since day one: look after people properly, and the results take care of themselves. That means listening first, speaking plainly, and measuring success by more than the number on the contract. I am proud that our team has been named RateMyAgent's Team of the Year for New Zealand two years running. I have been fortunate enough to be recognised individually too: Waikato's Agent of the Year in 2025, and ranked among the North Island's top ten agents in both 2025 and 2026, climbing from fourth to second. But the number closest to my heart is a different one. Most of what we do now comes from people we have already helped, and the friends and family they send our way. That tells me the experience mattered as much as the result. That is exactly how I want it to stay. I believe a good campaign is honest before it is anything else, about pricing, about timing, about what a property can realistically achieve. He was professional, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way, giving me complete confidence despite the distance. What really set him apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. Alice's ability to turn our vison into reality, exceeded our expectations.

From the very first conversation, Alice's knowledge on the market and expertise around our very many questions were informative and created an ease from the get-go. This was our first home, and we were a bit all over the place trying to learn what we wanted and what we didn't want, we went through so many open homes and would chip and change our opinions often, Alice was patient with us and quickly took on our new do's and don'ts no matter how many there were. During this time, we had a passing in the family and were up in Auckland for a few weeks, leaving the house hunt on the back burner. Alice continued working away in the background and giving us all the time we needed, before walking us into the home that we quickly said yes to. She had taken every single one of our wants and desires and ticked every box. Alice organized our building inspector who was brilliant, to guiding us around the auction and what to expect and then took it another step further with supporting us with our move and even arriving with a personalized housewarming gift tailored to our personalities! Alice's balance between professionalism but also being a compassionate and caring person, made for the perfect first home buyers experience. We couldn't recommend her enough!
