We decided to sell our family home and used Andrea at Village Real Estate. She explained everything clearly and her commission was very competative. Andrea was efficient, friendly and nothing was a problem for her. Her communication was second to none and the property sold within the contract time. I would not hesitate to use Andrea again in the future.

Steph, thank you so much for helping us to sell our little “House of the Rising Sun“. With your cheerful, Professional and Happy to go the extra mile for your clients, you certainly will go far. As selling your home is stressful experience, you took this away from us in our golden years and made it “Plain Saleing”

Liam is a true professional...Paul and myself have known Liam since we brought our house at Seaview Rd. It was time to sell our house and Liams marketing for our property including an Open home (which im not fussed on) was nothing more than 100%...our home sold through having the open home very quickly in todays market Once again Liam, thank you so much, we will be back, not living here but visiting our friends and may bump into you around Kapiti. We did not use Rate My Agent as we knew Liam previously and wouldnt have put it with any other Agent

Having worked previously with Liam he was our 1st choice of agent when it came to selling our property & our choice of exclusive agent didn't disappoint. Liam has been a delight to work with every step of the way, exceeding our expectations. Not only was Liam upfront, honest & professional, but he also went the extra mile to help in every part of the selling process. To our amazement, he sold our property in just 1 week of being on the market!! Thanks for all your efforts and the outstanding result Liam, always a pleasure doing business.

Grant gained our trust and confidence in him easily through the way he conducted himself, on all levels. It’s easy to see he takes pride in what he does and has a high level of integrity. Grant’s length of time in the industry made our house-buying experience enjoyable and easy with his knowledge of the house, area etc. We would work with Grant again for sure!

Grants knowledge of the local area and sales was very accurate. His appraisal was realistic and he was open to hearing our expectations. From the first Open home he kept great communication . This continued right through to negotiations for sale, when he went above and beyond into the night to secure our sale! We can highly recommend Grant as an agent that will give you a professional and stress free experience.

Right from the start I knew that I had selected to right Agent. Grant is very personable and professional to deal with, and his Industry experience and local market knowledge ensured that expectations were managed from the outset. From the time we advertised the property to the time it was sold (with a number of offers to choose from) it took just over a week, and that was even during the very tightly controlled visitation requirements of Covid-19 Level 3 !!
