Steph was very good to deal with throughout the process. She provided information promptly and facilitated a good dialogue with the vendors. She was engaged throughout and seem to have a good relationship with the vendors and a good understanding of the market. We would recommend Steph.

Few people are exceptional in what they do. Grant is definitely one of those few! He made the selling process really easy, and actually enjoyable. Grant perfectly combines meticulous professionalism with a relaxed, friendly approachability. His presale advice was valuable and spot on. His marketing was perfect. Always accessible and a great communicator, Grant kept us informed throughout the process. His after sales support was incredible. We had a speedy 5 day settlement and Grant went above and beyond to help make this easy and possible. He sold our place quickly, presented multiple tenders and achieved a great result. Genuine experience and knowledge of the Kapiti market, integrity, and enthusiasm combine to make Grant the industry star he is. If your'e selling, do yourself a favour and call Grant first!

Steph came into my home and right from the first I could feel her enthusiasm for my home. She had fresh ideas and really innovative ways of looking at my property. She let me talk about what I loved about my home and how I imagined the best way to share that would be. We talked lots about what was important to me, and balanced those ideas against how the market was performing. Steph was available for me whenever I called and always made me feel confident about the decisions and pathway we were taking. I know that it was because of her soft skills of being really present to people and paying close attention to what is important to them that secured my sale. Steph took what was for me a highly stressful event, and made it into a time of excitement and new possibilities. I even got to screw the SOLD sign on to the board outside at 10pm while she held the torch! I would have Steph back selling a home for me again in a heartbeat. I have every confidence in her abilities and recommend her without reserve.

Steph was incredibly helpful and patient. She walked me through everything calmly and clearly. Nothing was too much trouble. She was not pushy or demanding and made me feel entirely in control of the process. I highly recommend her as someone of integrity and knowledge.

Liam was a great match from the start by noticing the finer finishing features of the property, combined with the sharpest pencil for the 'cost to us' aspect of the relationship, made him a great choice. His communication skills in feedback , follow-up and full disclosure made him a pleasure to work with and look forward to doing so again, sincerely, John, Param Beach.

We have used Liam to sell houses over a number of years and have also brought houses where Liam has been the agent as we trust his process. He has a wide range of negotiation skills which makes the process fair for both the seller and buyer. He goes out of his way to ensure that both the buyer and seller have reached a fair negotiated agreement with his fair mannered approach but at the same time ensuring that the seller is his first priority and ensuring that he gets the best negotiated deal. I would recommend Liam as an agent for selling your house. And by the way, although we share the same last name, he is no relation.

Recently, we decided to sell our house. A very big decision. Stressful at the thought, and extremely daunting for anyone not too savvy in this area. In our search for the right person, we found Village Real Estate and the amazing Karen Fahey. Blessed we were..... Karen, met with us....explained, outlined and guided us in all the areas of selling our home explaining the process from start to the finish, for a successful sale outcome. From being overwhelmed at the very thought, she planned the course, the strategy, helped with staging, and attended to all the intricate and legal parts required for the sale of our home. We were given written reports for each open home on the interest and enquiries from people attending and had very many catchup phone calls and updates. We were kept advised on all aspects of the sale, stress free and frequently. With her diligence, care and attention, we were relaxed at all times and felt confident and safe with the process. Karen sold our house within four and a half weeks of the first presentation. K Karen, you were amazing, thank you so very much. Carole & Dave
