Steph came into my home and right from the first I could feel her enthusiasm for my home. She had fresh ideas and really innovative ways of looking at my property. She let me talk about what I loved about my home and how I imagined the best way to share that would be. We talked lots about what was important to me, and balanced those ideas against how the market was performing. Steph was available for me whenever I called and always made me feel confident about the decisions and pathway we were taking. I know that it was because of her soft skills of being really present to people and paying close attention to what is important to them that secured my sale. Steph took what was for me a highly stressful event, and made it into a time of excitement and new possibilities. I even got to screw the SOLD sign on to the board outside at 10pm while she held the torch! I would have Steph back selling a home for me again in a heartbeat. I have every confidence in her abilities and recommend her without reserve.

We have used Liam to sell houses over a number of years and have also brought houses where Liam has been the agent as we trust his process. He has a wide range of negotiation skills which makes the process fair for both the seller and buyer. He goes out of his way to ensure that both the buyer and seller have reached a fair negotiated agreement with his fair mannered approach but at the same time ensuring that the seller is his first priority and ensuring that he gets the best negotiated deal. I would recommend Liam as an agent for selling your house. And by the way, although we share the same last name, he is no relation.

Karen, met with us....explained, outlined and guided us in all the areas of selling our home explaining the process from start to the finish, for a successful sale outcome. From being overwhelmed at the very thought, she planned the course, the strategy, helped with staging, and attended to all the intricate and legal parts required for the sale of our home. We were given written reports for each open home on the interest and enquiries from people attending and had very many catchup phone calls and updates. Grant managed the sale of our house in a very friendly approachable manner. He communicated with us promptly and regularly, even when that was difficult because we were away and not always in cellphone coverage. He developed a friendly relaxed relationship with us, but was always very professional in his approach and showed a meticulous attention to detail. He always had time for any questions we had. He maintained good contact with us after a conditional agreement had been signed up. He is very experienced, with great knowledge of the local real estate market. You sense that he always has your best interests at heart. Though he began this process as an agent we did not know before, he has become a friend we know we can rely on completely. Very highly recommended.

While I was the purchaser and generally I’m not overly fond of real estate agents, Grant really is a cut above the others. He’s incredibly genuine, diligent and responsive, and really appeared dedicated to doing a good job - very thorough. I certainly wouldn’t normally review an agent! A+ with thanks.
