Andrea felt like family from the start. Nothing was too much for her to cater to our needs, with answers to our questions, through to giving access to our trades people. Even delivering our empty moving boxes to our new purchasers. Her experience in the real estate business shone through professionally and business like, yet making us feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole selling process. We would highly recommend using Andrea to help you with your property sale, she will handle the sale with care as if it was her own. This takes the worry away yet keeping you updated to all that is happening with potential purchasers.

We were selling when away from the area and Andrea's excellent communication was appreciated to keep us up to date on progress. Market knowledge was good although we were unsure about the recommended method of selling. Although we had few people interested, Andrea obviously followed up thoroughly after open homes and negotiated a sale and landed a price we were comfortable with. Friendly, helpful and we feel we got good value for money.

We were returning to New Zealand and the Kapiti Coast after 15 years away. We had a rental house in Raumati South to sell. She analyzed the market for us twice 6 months apart and patiently waited as we decided whether or not to sell. Once we were ready, she was quick to action and placed the house on the market, explaining the most basic of the steps to Kiwi home tender sale (because that’s not done in the USA.). She helped us understand the only tender made and guided our decision to move on past tender by outlining our pros and cons. She showed the house every Sunday, working with our tenant respectfully. Once a suitable offer was made, she worked with our lawyer to make a smooth transaction on Settlement day. Then she remembered everything we wanted for our future home and called us as soon as she put a choice property on the market. We eventually bought that house and she knowingly guided us into that purchase even though she was the seller’s representative. I have so much respect for Andrea and her careful, honest business practices.
