I met Grant at an open home and found him really helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Later that day I met him at another open home for the house I now own. That house was being sold by auction, and Ross made sure I was registered, that I understood the process and had all the right documentation for decision making. He checked in with me prior to, and on the actual date, and was very easy and professional to deal with. He definitely made the whole experience a happy one, and even introduced me to my next door neighbour! I have since recommended Grant to two friends thinking of purchasing in Waikanae, because he obviously knows the area like the back of his hand.

Grant was really awesome throughout the process of me purchasing my new home. He kept me informed throughout and nothing was a bother to him. He always got back to me in a timely manner. I chose Grant over other local agents on the basis of his grounded approach to the sale and marketing the property. His proposal was well researched and considered. Whilst his valuation erred on the conservative side in my view neither of us fully understood the current dynamics of a ‘hot’ property market. However, in the end it came down to a reasonable offer that was fair to both parties. His regular communication was appreciated and I believe we worked in unison and achieved a good result.
