There are many things I could say about Grant, but I have distilled them to four. First and foremost, he is an honest and decent man who respects the dignity of both vendors and buyers. Secondly, he is an experienced real estate agent who has a deep knowledge of the market gained over many years and he does his research. Thirdly, he works like a dog to sell your property. Grant was acting for the vendor while we were the purchasers. He clearly had the vendor's best interests in mind but from our perspective was at all times very helpful and communicative and did everything possible to make our move as smooth as possible. We had problems with central heating not working and Grant was proactive in helping resolve that for us.

Grant was very easy to work with at all times. We had chosen to engage him as our agent having visited a number of open homes with different agents, and agencies, then further meeting with several to see who we felt most comfortable with. Grant clearly knows what he is doing and was quietly and encouragingly positive throughout the processes of listing, marketing and getting our property sold. He happily spent time with us talking through all sorts of options and angles even when we may have gone off on different tracks. He never rushed us. Throughout we found Grant to be easily available and adaptable. He was always professional and careful to ensure we knew and understood each step taking whatever time he and we needed to do this.
