It was a pleasure having Grant handle the sale of my property. He was professional, easy going and a good listener. He put in the hard yards, did several open homes, and always remained upbeat. Then the buyers we'd been waiting for came along, and Grant got the sale across the line.

Karen is a seasoned and professional agent with excellent knowledge of rules and regulations. She guided us through the documents making sure we understood it all. Karen gave very good reports after each open home and was in touch almost daily. She held our hands through to a successful outcome.

From the word go, Karen has always dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner. Her knowledge of the sales process has been excellent and her communication spot on. We would highly recommend Karen to others requiring the services of a competent, friendly and professional real estate agent. Thanks Karen!

Karen did all her research on sales in the area and a thorough inspection of our property before providing us with an appraisal which was realistic for the current property sales climate. Although the total timeframe to sell our property took 4 months and included 3 offers, Karen continued to market our property and bring people through frequently and acted in a very positive, and friendly manner. We are very happy to have had her as our agent.

We recently purchased withe assisting Andrea and found that she was very accommodating to our requests for visits pre offer - even when it was not completely convenient for her. Her advise through the process was friendly and professional (yes, both are possible as Andrea proves it can be done).
