Grants experience was appreciated during the time my house was for sale. We unfortunately hit the market at a difficult time and had a few unforseen hiccups along the way, but he remained calm, confident, realistic and reassuring that a sale would happen even in this difficult period ... and it did! Throughout the process Grants communication was excellent and he always kept me in the loop.
