We employed Liam to sell our late mother’s home – a secluded lifestyle property. We realised going into the sale that the property had no code of compliance, throwing him a serious curve ball. Along with this the property was built in the early 2000s with a cladding that had drawn a stigma about it. None of this fazed him, he came up with a strategy on how to market and sell the property and over the campaign we had over 100 groups view the property.
