Andrea is a very professional Agent, knows the business extremely well. She kept us well informed with a report every week by email, without fail. There were often phone calls as well. She would often visit to chat about different aspects and how we could improve the property. The market is very slow at the moment so it wasn't easy getting a sale, but she did it in the end and we are more than pleased with the result! Andrea became a friend rather than just an Agent. She has a fabulous personality which makes her a real pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly recommend her!

I had always thought real estate agents were in the same group as used car salesmen- Steph proved me wrong was! She was recommended to me by a friend, as someone who was happy to sell a less-than-perfect property. As that was what I had, I contacted her. From the start, she made me feel relaxed, went through my home and let me know what I needed to do without ever making me feel that my home was not worthy of her time (as another had). Everything was clearly explained; as an older seller who had not sold a property since 1988, I needed clear advice, and to know that if I had questions I was free to contact her any time. What she said she would do, she did. It's a rare combination of efficiency and caring, and I would not hesitate to recommend Steph to any seller - you won't do better.
