Liam is a highly professional individual. I was not familiar with the NZ property buying market and system, however Liam was great at explaining how things worked. He was very communicative at all times and easy to get hold of for any queries. I would not hesitate to use Liam and his company in the future. Thank you Liam!

I really enjoyed working with Liam - he listened to my needs, & was genuinely interested in any questions or concerns I had. He was not pushy like many others I've met, so I felt he had my interests at heart as well. Would definitely recommend.

We certainly chose right in selecting Liam to sell our home. Liam took care of the marketing and sales process with such professionalism, keeping us informed every step of the process which took all the pressure of us completely. His work ethics rate 10 out of 10 and his knowledge of the local market ensured us a very successful sale. We will certainly recommend Liam to all, looking to sell their home.

Grant has been excellent to work with. His communication with us and between us and the vendors has been first class, and he has been a real help with organising access for building reports and carpet quotes given the property was vacant and we happened to be in Bali for a week while things needed to be organised. While being clear that his primary obligation is to the vendors who are his clients, he has played a key role in bring the deal together and making sure both parties were comfortable with the process and the outcome. There was also a technical issue to do with a prior EQC claim that needed to be sorted and Grant had the knowledge and the initiative to get this sorted quickly. If we ever come to sell the property, we will be giving Grant a call.

We bought our new home through Liam. He was amazing to deal with, so willing to help with questions, letting us into the home for measurements, and just general queries. He has a great sense of humour and was so easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend Liam as an Estate Agent. Thanks Liam for making the process as stress-free as possible when buying a new home in a totally new town.

Grant has long standing knowledge of the Kapiti Coast real estate market and was able to quickly discern the type of property that I was searching for. Once found, he showed a lot of integrity and professionalism in guiding me through the steps to purchase the property. He was quick to communicate, and went the extra mile in making sure everything was underway. I highly recommend Grant. In my property search over several months, where I met many agents, he stood out as someone who cared about the vendor and the potential purchaser, and his experience brings everyone together. Grant responded quickly to my initial enquiries and then kept up a great line of communication throughout. The result is a wonderful house and garden that I feel very thankful for.

Karen was a pleasure to work with, she was honest and had excellent communication. Karen made the process of buying our first home super simple and stress free. No question went unanswered and you can see the passion she has in her work. We can't wait to contact Karen in the future to give her a tour of our home once we've completed the renovations. We really appreciate your time, effort, and enthusiasm on this journey with us.

We sold our spec house in very challenging times, nothing was selling as prices had dropped substantially. He kept us informed all the way along, did open homes each week, even though some weeks there were no visitors. He advised us to refresh our listing periodically, and drop the price to reflect the market, which in the end did work.
