Peter totally knows his field. He has sold two houses for me/us and I will probably ask him to sell a third if the rental market conditions get much sillier. Peter absolutely thoroughly understands his profession and his instinct with people, both vendors and purchasers, is second to none. He has a sort of feel for people which has to be innate as it cannot be taught. He also has a cool sense of humour and knows exactly when and when not, to air it. I have always disliked estate agents even though I once worked in the profession many moons ago, but Peter is a total exception to that rule. I totally trust him to know the market. I am a crabby short-fused 80 year old Bat, so the above is praise indeed. Thank you Peter for your energy and common sense.
