Helpful, excellent communicator, kind and caring.

We are very happy with our experience with Jaramey. He listened well to needs for the sale- including our desire for as much comfort for our tenant as possible. Above and Beyond From the Start

Excellent Advice

The initial consultation with Peter was to discuss whether I would split a freehold Title with 2 flats into 2 separate Titles so that I could potentially sell to two purchasers. The process to do this was quite involved with surveyors etc. I am glad that I saw the process through to the end as the financial outcome was better, exactly as he predicted. Peter is a great negotiator and you definitely want to have him in your corner when you're selling!
