Peter was excellent at creating a working partnership so I was comfortable with every step of the sales process. In depth knowledge of the local market, sound advice, attentive communication, puts people at ease

After meeting several agents, we chose Jo and Peter as they put us at ease with their friendly but professional communication style. Jo has an in-depth knowledge of the area and listened to our needs then developed a marketing campaign which delivered results immediately and ended with a sale beyond our expectations. Throughout the process Jo kept us up to date with viewers feedback and went out of her way to accommodate viewings outside of the schedule. Follow ups with viewers was prompt and we received multiple offers. On closing day, Jo and Peter clearly explained the offers to us and displayed excellent negotiation skills to secure the sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jo to others and would certainly use her again.

Facilitator Supreme is how I would classify Jo Warren.

I was impressed with the empathy shown equally toward all parties involved in the property negotiations.
