We had the best experience with the realtor agent Hayley she so lovely to help me buy my first house property in this hole experience she was far the best Helping know stuff about the property we had such lovely working with her if you ever need agent I highly recommend would recommend her and the team she work for 10/10 service the help and all process was easy if you needed to know something she had the knowledge and she was just a real chill down to earth agent that let you look around the house and she take ur take look around I found her the best Hayley it is a real estate agent out of this whole process can be quite stressful but Hayley was like a really good agent that knew what she the things about buying a house and the purchase and help with the paperwork and made everything at least easier easier yeah so if you ever need a real estate agent check Hayley out highly recommended if you’re downsizing or selling and you want a real estate agent or property agent check out Hayley best agent in Chch I would go anywhere else

Jaramey was great at communicating with me and readily replied to my phone calls or text messages. He kept me in the loop regarding open homes, what other potential buyers might be thinking and was always professional in his approach. He has an excellent knowledge of the housing market and insight into the legal side (solicitors) of things, so he explained the selling procedure in an understandable way. I was especially impressed by the fact that he supplied me with a complete property file of the home I bought which covers everything from insurance, healthy homes report to the Christchurch City Council files. This should be a 'standard' for all real estate companies! If in the future I have to on-sell this home, having the file will make the the transition so much less stressful for me and the potential buyers. Finally, I would not hesitate to use Jaramey again if the occasion arises.
