Peter understood the requirements from day one and did not waste anytime getting both properties on the market. I was always kept up to date with open home results and potential buyers which made the process seem very easy. Jo was the perfect guide for my husband and I during the process of buying our first home. Both completely unaware of the process, we relied heavily on Jo to lead us through everything step by step. As a working mother with a young baby, I found it particularly considerate and helpful that Jo came to our home during evenings rather than asking me to juggle leaving work early and bringing my daughter to her office; her PA even played with bubs while we went through the paperwork! Jo is a superb communicator via phone and email but also through txt message, which was invaluable for all the updates that come with buying a home. Jo also advocated on our behalf with the vendor re some things that had to be sorted at the house post-building report, which we really appreciated. She also took a family photo of us next to our "sold" sign which was very sweet. Jo has a fantastic, professional yet friendly/bubbly personality and is very knowledgeable about real estate - we were astonished to learn she had only recently entered this field, as she comes across as a real pro. Would definitely work with Jo again and recommend her to others in the house buying/selling market.
