Exceptional Service

Nick and his team, including Maddy (PA extraordinaire) and Will (auctioneer with supernatural skills) were exceptional to deal with through the sale of my rental property. From the outset of the marketing campaign, through to the auction, and well past settlement date, the communication from Nick and his team was flawless. I was always made to feel as if I was his only client - nothing was too much trouble, he took my phone calls (or returned them) outside of business hours and weekends and never made me feel as if I was anything but his first priority. Whenever there was a change to marketing, Maddy had her finger on the pulse the entire time, and easily stepped into Nick's salesperson role when required. They were always reviewing marketing strategies and advertising to get the best possible exposure and it resulted in the desired outcome. On the day of auction, Will stepped up to the plate to squeeze every last drop out of the buyers and achieve the best possible price - I certainly felt like the whole team were working in my best interests as the vendor throughout. The house was tenanted, and Nick dealt with the tenants professionally and within the limits of the tenancy laws. Every aspect of this sale was exceptional, and I would not hesitate in engaging Team Nick when I come to sell further real estate.

Straight up, Easy going and supportive every step of the way

Both my partner and I could not fault Elliot one bit absolutely outstanding. Elliot brings the side of a real estate agent that you don't see very often and a side that we believe is important when buying such a big purchase. Elliot is extremely down to earth he made us feel calm welcomed at ease and ultimately at home. Every stepping stone and process was handled with professionalism, proactiveness and was always very thorough and supportive. I truely believe that buying a home can be the most stressful and scary thing you can do and for that stress to be turned into an easy going and confident process that whatever hurdles or outcomes need to be adhered to was never going to be an issue and there was always a stress free solution. And that's exactly what Elliot did no issue is to big and every step will continue to be straight up easy going smooth and stress free. Couldn't ask for a better experience so nice to not have the feeling of working with a real estate agent but more like working with your mate. No pressure beating around the bush just support communication and professionalism. No question was ever a silly question and no matter how many emails you send you'll never be annoying, every question got answered and every email got replied to. Excellent guidance in a changing market

We have recently worked with Brent, Andre, Katia and the team on the sale of my mother’s property in a market that was flat and changing negatively quite quickly. While the softer market meant we didn’t achieve the result we may have hoped for, we couldn’t be happier with the work the team put in to help us achieve the best possible outcome. Their advice to complete a building inspection early in the process was extremely valuable. It helped us properly understand the property, identify the key areas that required attention, and present a suitable product to the market with confidence. Throughout the campaign, communication was excellent. We were kept well informed about buyer activity, market feedback, and how the property was being received. That insight helped us make informed decisions around promotion, presentation, and pricing as the campaign progressed. We also received great guidance on the work required around the marketing campaign, which ultimately helped us sell the property under a multi-party offer. Given the market conditions, we felt this was a great result. We are very grateful for the professionalism, effort and care shown by Brent, Andre, Katia and the wider team, and will continue to recommend them to others considering selling their property.

Above and beyond

Hunter, Brent, and the team were amazing to deal with from the get go. Constant communication, no delays, we were never left wondering how things were going, we were kept in the loop at all times. They had great knowledge of the area and remained professional but lighthearted at all times. There was a lot of negotiating at the last minute that Hunter handled very well and we ended up getting what we needed in order to move on and buy our next house. Hunter went above and beyond for us and also helped us get into our new house, we will forever be grateful for his willingness to help. I could not recommend Hunter, Brent, and the team enough, we will be using them for every sale of ours in the future.

Achieved the impossible

This was the third time we have worked with Hunter and we couldn’t be happier still with our experience with him! Hunter spent months helping us search for the perfect home often working very late at night, and answering many texts and calls. After many unsuccessful contracts we found the house we knew we would do anything to have.
