I honestly cannot recommend Nick highly enough. To be perfectly honest, we were wary of selling our house and going through real estate agents, but Nick has made the process a breeze. His communication is excellent, and he proactively kept us in the loop with updates. We appreciated how he reality checked us, and I never felt like he was trying to promise what was unrealistic. He has an excellent knowledge of Welcome Bay and great connections with potential buyers. I would 100% recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell their house, he is a genuine guy who wants the best outcome for everyone involved.

Client liaison excellent. Consultation on all key marketing decisions also excellent. No faults with the reactive marketing strategy. Acknowledgement to Andrei in particular for personal attention, open home management and pursuit of prospective buyers. Brent & Katia also acknowledged in different roles. However, with hindsight, client market expectations set too high which influenced decision to sell in first place and first, best offer was declined. Not a criticism, simply a warning that, in a difficult market, sellers should be conservative in their 'bottom line' view of sale price, independently of agent assessment.

We couldn’t recommend Kurt highly enough! From start to finish, he was great to deal with and went over and above to help us. From the beginning, it was clear that Kurt genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. Our house sold and went unconditional within 10 days, which was a fantastic result, but it was the little things that stood out just as much. His communication was excellent, and he kept us well informed throughout. He’s knowledgeable, honest and down to earth, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We always felt like we were in really good hands. He went above and beyond, even offering to help us shift on moving day! He wasn’t just our agent, he genuinely wanted to help and make the whole experience as smooth as possible. Selling a house can be stressful process, but having Kurt in our corner made such a difference and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. 10/10 from us!
