I approached Ray White as they were close by to Havenbrook and I wanted an agency different to what the majority were using at the village. Cleighton and Thomas were able to meet with me straight away and we visited my mum's place the same day. I mentioned to them was there young age a barrier to working with older people. I found this to be true for myself and also when we met with my Mum at the restroom They communicated in a way that I know my mum was appreciative of with respect, clearly communicating what she didn't hear or understand.
