From our initial meeting, the team impressed us with their professionalism, preparation and market knowledge. They clearly explained their proposed strategy, provided sound advice on how to position and market our property, and gave us confidence in the process from the outset. Throughout the preparation and sale, they were highly responsive, proactive and went above and beyond. Selling a property while living in a different location presents unique challenges. Brent, Andre and the team made the entire experience straightforward and stress free. Their communication was excellent, they kept us informed at every stage, and handled issues promptly and efficiently. We felt supported throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Client liaison excellent. Consultation on all key marketing decisions also excellent. No faults with the reactive marketing strategy. Acknowledgement to Andrei in particular for personal attention, open home management and pursuit of prospective buyers. Brent & Katia also acknowledged in different roles. However, with hindsight, client market expectations set too high which influenced decision to sell in first place and first, best offer was declined. Not a criticism, simply a warning that, in a difficult market, sellers should be conservative in their 'bottom line' view of sale price, independently of agent assessment.

Brent and Andre's strengths are their teamwork, attention to detail, and their focus on selling our property. Communication and customer service are a priority; they never have to be chased or followed up. They are a pleasure to deal with and kept us up to date with market trends and helpful during negotiations. We enjoyed selling our home with them and highly recommend them both.

We had Bower recommended by close friends, and once we were connected with Andre he quickly arranged a call & we all got on the same page quickly regarding house purchasing timeline & goals.
